C First Soccer Game

C had his first soccer game. It was really fun to watch. It only took the boys a few minutes to figure out the point of the game (to get the ball in the net). C really did well, he ended up making 2 goals! Good Job C!

Sword fighting

The kids are starting soccer this fall. They received their uniforms and wanted to try them on. M was feeling left out he had C socks on and threw a fit when we took them off. We rounded up a pair or Dad's socks and He was in heaven.

We Miss You!

We loved having you in town. We miss you so much. Thanks for the fun time at Jungle Jims, for introducing us to the yummy slushies, for hanging out and Grandma's. We love you guys and wish you the best while your away.

My cute boys!

It has been 4 years since our last official family picture. We decided it was about time. This is one of my favorite ones.

Slushies

Today was fun. My sister was in town with her kids. The kids played a little outside and then we went and got slushies.

Drooling

I had to add this picture of M. It was just to perfect. He has been drooling since he was 8 wks old and has never stopped. If you take a closer look at his mouth you can see a string of drool coming out. I hope he gets the drooling under control before he starts dating. We love you M.

Hangin

I could not believe the kids were able to ski. I was just blown away. It was so funny to see a little kid skiing behind a boat. They had a good time trying it out.

Bear Lake July 2008

We go to Bear Lake every year and love it even more every year! As the kids get older things seems to get more fun. I love watching them play and try out new things. They had a blast playing in the water. We couldn't get C out of the water. He was out in the water by 10 A.M. and not ready to get out at 7 p.m. They kids had a blast jumping the little waves, riding the jet ski, driving the boat (thanks to grandpa) and trying out skiing on the flexi-board. We also made some sandcastels and buried each other in the sand. We made R and J into mermaids. I really lucked out. I married into a family that all the girls love to cook and every meal turns into a delicious feast. Bear Lake means hours on the beach, way to much junk food, catching up on movies, the candy bar game, and best of all spending time with family.

Fun with Tiff

Tiff had a booth and was raising money for the Children's Miracle network. We went and visited her at the booth and then Grandpa and Grandma funded the kids rides on the blow-up toys. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa.

We really had a good time at the Parade. It was the first parade J was in. She was in it with her dance class. She actually ended up being in the local paper 2x. She was able to catch most of the parade. One of the floats was throwing out stuffed animals. They walked up to M and handed him this stuffed penguin. M was just thrilled with it. We really had a fun day. This is one of my favorite parts of summer.

Gone Fishing

R had been gone to China for 2 long weeks. When he came home we decided to spend a day together. C had been dying to go fishing. We had gone fishing a few weeks earlier at a lake but we just released them. He wanted to go to a place where we could take the fish home and fry them up for dinner. We thought the fish farm would be safe. The kids both caught a few and I caught the biggest one of my life. This wasn't hard because I really don't fish much . I caught a whopper 16.5" long. Although I did feel rather guilty. I really don't like killing anything. The kids really had a great time and we had quite the fish feast for dinner. Afterwards we went and got some lunch and went home. We all had a nap and then went bowling. It really was a fun day. It was good to have R home.
