Yes it's october
C had been waiting for the snow all day. It didn't start snowing really hard until late in the day. After we watched the movie and cleaned up the eggs (see the next post) C really wanted to go out and build a snowman. We went outside about 9:30p.m. and played in the snow. The kids had a blast and C made the first snowman of the year. We really had a fun and busy day. Thanks J, C, M for making life so fun.
Oh MY!
Saturday was a busy day. We decided to have movie night. We got out he sleeping bags and watched movies and slept in the family room. Half way through the movie M left the room. He had been gone for 10 min or so and I started calling for him. M where are you ... no answer M where are you...no answer. M where are you. He walks in and says uh oh. He was holding his hands out. I thought he had just washed his hands and needed help turning off the water. I walk into the kitchen and this is what I found. He is always trying to get the eggs and this time he was successful. It really was pretty funny until he started walking in it. I was lucky to have it mostly cleaned up before he slipped and fell. M I hope this fed your curiosity for eggs and never feel the need to do this again.
Ebay
I have been going crazy on ebay. I hate buying halloween costumes for regular price. That is just craziness they are way overpriced. My goal everyear is to find costume for a great price. Luckily my kids don't mind. They told me what they wanted to be and that is when i went to ebay. I won this costume for like $1.50 and paid $8.00 or so for shipping. C was thrilled and there is nothing better than getting a fun package in the mail. Thanks ebay. C you look great.
Bundle Up!
This morning was a busy one. We had to get R to the airport and make it to J soccer game all by 10:00 a.m. This usually would be fine but it was the coldest day of the year and we had to bundle up. We broke out the winter clothes tried to match up mittens and be on our way. Some how M got out of the house with this hat. They all looked so great I had to take a pic. We make it to the game right on time to find out it was cancelled. We we went to McDonald's for breakfast. It was fun and a lot warmer. To bad for C he really enjoys getting bundled and loves to wear his snow boots.
Is it a chipmunk or squirrel?

C birthday Party
We had a birthday party for C. It was mass choas. I don't think the kids noticed but just try to imagine 20 kids to 2 parents. We had a donut cake and then ate the donuts from a string. We played a few games had pizza, and watched Robin Hood on the big screen outside. One would think the kids would be involved with the movie, I think we had there attention for about 10 minutes. They were more interested in playing tag and in the sand box. C had a really good time I guess that is all that matters. Let's just say I will never do that again.
C we love you so much and can't believe how much you have changed in the last year. You have come out of your shell and been more conident. I have loved watching you make new friends. You have such a kind heart and are always letting your light shine. Your are quick to share and always thinking of others. I can't believe how good you are to your little brother. You are always wanting to help him and share with him. I have loved watching your playful side come out. You love to laugh at funny things and laugh at things that only little boys think are funny. You have such a great imagination. I love to watch you ride your bike, run faster than a speeding bullet, play soccer, practice golfing. And the many other things that you enjoy doing. You are so wonderful. We love you so much.
2nd Birthday
This was such a fun birthday. M had a great time. It took him a little bit to understand it was his special day. We got him a zip track and some mega blocks. His favorite thing was his cake. He loves to eat! We really had a fun day. M you are so much fun and we love you so much. You bring such love and happiness into our home. I love to watch you wrestle and play with your dad and brothers. I love to watch you cruise around on your big wheel. I love it when you want to show me something and how excited you get when you figure something out. I love getting kisses from you and how you pucker up your little lips and then say mmmmaaaa! I love to watch you jump on the tramp and try and get Saber up there with you. We love you so much. You have such a funny personality. We love you!
Wedding Gift
Sleep tight little one
This was one of those long days. By the time the night comes you are more than ready to go to bed. J had been being a little more sassy than usually (from being so tired) I sent her to her room to eat. Little did I know she would fall asleep. It was probably best. I was glad to get a picture. She claims that she wasn't sleeping just resting her eyes. SURE.

Labor day 2008
My dad had all these fun plans for Labor day. Little did we know it was going to be rainy and freezing. Did that stop my dad. UM.. NO. He is so hilarious. It could have been snowing and we still would have done what was planned. Only he would have been more excited so he could brake out his snow shoes early. So we went up the canyon for breakfast, then went to Cascade Springs. We had a good time except that we didn't pack our winter clothes and it was freezing. I love going to the canyon it. I have so many memories there. It was also fun to go to Cascade springs. It seems we used to go there atleast once a week. There was a fire there last year. It is amazing how fast the green comes back We really had fun, Thanks DAD.

Bear Lake July 2008
We go to Bear Lake every year and love it even more every year! As the kids get older things seems to get more fun. I love watching them play and try out new things. They had a blast playing in the water. We couldn't get C out of the water. He was out in the water by 10 A.M. and not ready to get out at 7 p.m. They kids had a blast jumping the little waves, riding the jet ski, driving the boat (thanks to grandpa) and trying out skiing on the flexi-board. We also made some sandcastels and buried each other in the sand. We made R and J into mermaids. I really lucked out. I married into a family that all the girls love to cook and every meal turns into a delicious feast. Bear Lake means hours on the beach, way to much junk food, catching up on movies, the candy bar game, and best of all spending time with family.
Fun with Tiff
We really had a good time at the Parade. It was the first parade J was in. She was in it with her dance class. She actually ended up being in the local paper 2x. She was able to catch most of the parade. One of the floats was throwing out stuffed animals. They walked up to M and handed him this stuffed penguin. M was just thrilled with it. We really had a fun day. This is one of my favorite parts of summer.
